Taking good care of your garment results in better function and protection, allowing you to focus on your training. Don’t wash your functional garment more often than necessary; it saves both the clothes and the environment. Prendre soin de votre vêtement vous permettra d’en améliorer la fonction et le degré de protection, et de vous concentrer sur votre entraînement. Ne lavez votre vêtement fonctionnel que lorsque cela est vraiment nécessaire ; cela préservera à la fois le vêtement et l’environnement. Suivez les instructions figurant sur l’étiquette d’entretien du produit et utilisez un détergent respectueux de l’environnement (à doser soigneusement). Follow the instructions on the product’s care label and use an environment-friendly detergent (dose carefully). To ensure that your garment maintains its shape and to avoid wear and tear, always close zippers, Velcro openings, buckles and buttons before washing. Pour que votre vêtement conserve sa forme et pour éviter toute usure, fermez systématiquement fermetures éclair, bandes velcro, boucles et boutons avant le lavage.

Don’t use fabric softener when washing functional clothes. Softener encapsulates the fibers and thus ruins the fabric’s ability to transport moisture. N’utilisez pas d’adoucissant lorsque vous lavez des vêtements fonctionnels. L’adoucissant enserre les fibres, éliminant ainsi la capacité du tissu à évacuer l’humidité.

Ne les mettez pas au sèche-linge, c’est mauvais pour l’environnement et cela use les vêtements. LAINE Certains de nos produits tricoté conti nnent de la laine. La l ine a l’étonnante capacité d’être autonettoy nte dehors, en plein air, les con itions les plus fa vorables étant par emps humide, à l’abri sous un toit. La température de lavage idéale pour les vêtements en laine est de 30° (également appelée lavage à froid). Essorez soigneusement. Ne pas mettre au sèche-linge. Défroissez le vêtement et séc ez-le sur une co de à linge après le lavage. Wash with similar colors. Clothes with prints should always be washed inside out. Remove the garments from the washing machine immediately after finish ing washing. Line dry the garments, preferably in a drying cabinet. Do not tumble dry; it’s bad for the environment and wears out the clothes. WOOL Some of our knitted products contain wool. Wool has the amazing capacity to self clean outdoors in fresh air, most effectively in damp weather under the cover of a roof. The preferred washing temperature for wool garments is 30 degrees (also called cold wash). Spin carefully. Don’t tumble dry. Shape and line dry the garment after washing. LINED SYNTHETICS & SHELLSWITH PROTECTIVE SURFACE Air the garment after use. If it’s dirty and/or sweaty – wash. Not washing a dirty garment can reduce its breathability. Always follow the care instructions. Line drying works okay but adding heat will reactivate the water-repellent surface of SYNTHÉTIQUES DOUBLÉS & MATIÈRES EXTÉRIEURES AVEC SURFACE DE PROTECTION Aérez le vêteme t après utilisation. JACKETSWITHDOWN FILLING Don’t wash down garments more than necessary. Often it’s enough to clean the garment with a damp cloth. However, down garments can be washed as long as you do it the right way. Always follow the care instructions on the garment and use rather too little detergent than too much. Suivez toujours les consignes d’entretien figurant sur le vêtement et privilégiez plutôt une petite quantité de détergent qu’une quantité trop importante. Down garments should be washed inside out and tumble-dried with tennis balls until they are completely dry. Les vêtements en duvet doivent être lavés à l’envers et mis au sèche-linge avec des ball s de t n s jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient complètement secs. R t urnez le vêtement à l’envers t assurez-vous qu’il y a suffisamment de place pour la veste dans le tambour. Pour réduire l’usure, fermez systématiquement ferm ures éclair, bandes velcro et boutons avant le lavage. Choisissez un ro gramme pour linge délicat à 30°C u 40°C. Une fois lavée, m t z la veste dans u sèche-linge avec trois balles de tennis. Les balles aident à répartir uniformément le duvet et à retrouver son aspect du vet ux. Faites sécher la ves e à basse température aussi longt mps que possible. Vous pouvez contribuer à une réparti ion uniforme du d vet en retir t la veste e temps en temps et en la secouant pour éliminer tou e agglutination. Le rocessus e séc age prend généralement plus de temps qu’on ne pense. Avant de terminer le séc ge, a sur z-vous que la v s e soit complètement sèche, légère t duveteuse. Suspendez ensuite votre vêtement en duvet sur un cintre en laissant beaucoup d’espace autour. Un séchage sans séchoir est possible, mais cela demande plus de travail. Vous avez besoin d’une pièce chaude et bien ventilée. N’oubliez pas de secouer la veste fréquemment et méticuleusement tout au long du processus de séchage pour éviter toute agglutination du duvet. Turn the garment inside out and make sure there’s plenty of room for the jacket in the drum. To reduce wear, always close zippers, Velcro openings and buttons before washing. Choose a delicate cycle, 30°C or 40°C. Place the washed jacket in a dryer along with three tennis balls. The balls help to distribute the down evenly and to regain its fluffiness. Dry the jacket on low temperature for as long as possible. You can help the down to spread evenly by removing the jacket every now and then, shaking it and loosen up any clumps. The drying process usually takes longer than you think. Before you end the drying, make sure the jacket is completely dry, light and fluffy. Then hang your down garment on a hanger with lots of space around it. It’s possible to dry without a dryer, but it takes more work. You need a warm, well-ventilated room and have to shake the jacket frequently and thoroughly throughout the drying process to prevent the down from clumping.
